Ryan Tull

Director of Multifamily Development

Ryan leads the Multifamily Development division at Matt Adam Development, which is primarily focused on the development of Class A age-restricted market-rate and mixed-income apartments and mixed-income multifamily apartments. He’s responsible for overseeing all phases of the development process, including site selection, feasibility analysis, design, financing and construction management.

With over 16 years of real estate development experience, Ryan has been involved in various real estate asset classes and financing programs including LIHTC, HTC, TIF as well as HUD, GSE and State Housing Agency loan programs. He also has significant experience with implementing energy efficiency programs and solar energy installations.

Ryan has handled a variety of responsibilities related to new project development, property acquisitions and dispositions as well as property management and everyday business activities. He has been responsible for underwriting and securing financing for various real estate investments including new construction market rate multifamily and seniors apartments, LIHTC developments, historic redevelopments, value-add acquisition-rehabilitation properties, 1031 Exchange transactions and note purchases.

Ryan received his Master’s Degree in Urban Planning from the University of Kansas after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Cornell College. He has previously held positions on the North Kansas City Business Council Board, North Kansas City Planning Commission and North Kansas City Hospital Board of Trustees.
